Terms of sale

These terms cover buying from the Murasu Anjal store. What your licence lets you do with the software is set out in the licence agreement that comes with the product.

What you are buying

A licence to use the software, delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped. There is no physical product and no waiting for delivery.

Prices and currency

Prices are set per region and are shown in the currency for your billing country. They are not converted from a single base price at an exchange rate — each is set individually, so the amount you see for your country is the amount charged.

No tax is added at checkout. The price shown is the total.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's own payment form and are never held by us — see Privacy. Your order is confirmed once Stripe confirms the payment.

Delivery of your licence

Your licence key is emailed to the address you give at checkout, usually within a few minutes of payment. Please check that address carefully — it is where the key is sent, and a typo is the commonest reason a key does not arrive.

If nothing arrives, check your spam folder first, then email support@anjal.net and we will re-send it. A paid order is always recorded, so a missing email never means a lost licence.

Upgrades

An upgrade raises what an existing licence unlocks. It does not issue a new key — the key you already have keeps working and simply covers more. Before you can buy one we check that the licence exists, that it is registered to your email address, and what it is eligible for; only the upgrades that apply to your licence are offered.
